Backend Developer

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which need to be deployed at a client end to ensure they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software, developing software solutions, investigating problem areas in the software development life cycle, facilitating root cause analysis, and identifying ideas to improve system performance. You will also collaborate with functional teams to convert client requirements into feasible designs. Your responsibilities will include performing coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, evaluating operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. You will also compile comprehensive documentation, coordinate with the team on project status and progress, provide feedback on usability, and trace results to quality risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for status reporting, maintaining customer focus, capturing client requirements and clarifications, taking feedback regularly for timely delivery, participating in continuing education and training, consulting with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces, and documenting solutions in a formal manner. You will ensure good quality interaction with customers through various channels and respond timely to customer requests to maintain high customer satisfaction. Your performance will be measured based on Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, Quality & CSAT, and MIS & Reporting. Mandatory skills for this role include Fullstack Java Enterprise with 5-8 years of experience.
