Job Title: Senior Software/ Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain user-facing features for our web applications using NodeJS.

- Collaborate with the design team to implement modern, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to best practices.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.

- Collaborate with frontend developers and other cross-functional teams to integrate backend components seamlessly.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and mentor junior developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in NodeJS.

- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.

- Experience with responsive design and development.

- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong understanding of Git and version control systems.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
