Backend Developer

About the Role

We are hiring a Backend Developer (Junior) with expertise in Django, Python, MySQL, and MongoDB. The candidate should have at least 1 live website project deployed and be passionate about building scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Django and Python.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
• Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases for schema design and optimization.
• Implement caching techniques (Redis, Memcached, or Django caching frameworks).
• Ensure application reliability, performance, and security.
• Work closely with the senior developer and product team for solution delivery.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues for smooth operations.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Django, and OOPS fundamentals.
• 1–2 years of backend development experience with at least 1 live project deployed.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB.
• Basic understanding of caching techniques.
• Familiarity with REST API standards.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD workflows.
• Interest in learning background job processing and distributed systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
