Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design & build
REST and/or GraphQL APIs with Node.js + Express.js.
Model and query
data in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Automate quality
with unit/integration tests (Jest, Supertest) and keep CI pipelines

green.

Secure & monitor
endpoints (auth, rate-limiting, OWASP fundamentals) and

performance metrics.

Collaborate
with frontend, product, and ops teams to ship features and squash bugs.

Must-Have Skills

Solid
JavaScript / TypeScript
fundamentals.
Comfortable with
Express
routing, middleware, and environment setup.
Working knowledge of
SQL joins, indexes
or MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
Daily
Git
workflow (branch, commit, pull request).
A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools quickly.
Nice-to-Have (Priority Boost)
React
proficiency for end-to-end feature delivery and debugging.
Docker

GitHub Actions
experience for deployment workflows.
Exposure to
