Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Specialist Network Technology Support professional with 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience working with AT&T core and mobility infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end services for AT&T core and mobility infrastructure.
Identify and resolve tickets, monitor elements, and perform fault identification and management.
Respond to client requests and implement changes as needed.
Collaborate with internal technical support centers on cross-architecture network troubleshooting.
Utilize alarm monitoring diagnostic tools to diagnose and isolate faults.
Ensure escalation during fault resolution and implement network change activities.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
At least 3-6 years of relevant work experience in networking and telecommunications.
CCNA/JNCIA certification is an advantage.
Knowledge of Internetworking, IP routing protocol, WAN troubleshooting, and performance management for IP VPN-based networks.
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Drivenet range of Internetworking devices.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and topologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
Adaptability to changing technology and environment.
Experience with AT&T Tools like AOTS, BMP is advantageous.
Working experience in ISP network is beneficial.
The selected candidate will be required to work in 24/7 rotating shifts to support global customers.
