Backend Developer Intern

As an Intern at our company, your role will involve assisting in the development and maintenance of backend services, APIs, and databases. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and testable code, collaborating with senior developers to implement new features, and working closely with front-end teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Additionally, you will research and suggest improvements for performance, scalability, and security, as well as debug and troubleshoot issues in backend systems. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services, APIs, and databases. - Write clean, efficient, and testable code. - Work closely with senior developers to implement new features and fix issues. - Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Research and suggest improvements for performance, scalability, and security. - Debug and troubleshoot issues in backend systems. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Basic understanding of at least one backend programming language (Node.js / Python / Java / PHP, etc.). - Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar). - Familiarity with REST APIs and web services. - Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. The company is located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and the work location is in person. The shift timing is from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This internship position has a contract length of 6 months and offers benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off.
