Backend Developer

Role Overview: Join our team as a Backend Developer for the DAAI Business Suite. Your primary responsibility will be to build robust REST APIs, develop microservices, and optimize database interactions using MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, ExpressJS, and JSON-based APIs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs using Node.js & ExpressJS. - Design and optimize MongoDB schemas & queries for efficiency. - Implement authentication & authorization using JWT/OAuth. - Ensure data security and compliance with best practices. - Integrate frontend applications with APIs effectively. - Optimize API performance using caching, indexing, and query optimization. - Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing backend logic. - Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms. - Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless integration. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Node.js backend development. - Strong proficiency in Node.js, ExpressJS, MongoDB, JSON, and REST APIs. - Experience in database management with MongoDB aggregations & indexing. - Proficiency in security & authentication with JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control (RBAC). - Experience in performance optimization with caching (Redis, in-memory caching). - Knowledge of deployment & DevOps tools like Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP. - Familiarity with version control using Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket. - Optional experience in unit testing & debugging with Mocha, Chai, Jest.
