Your responsibilities will include developing additional features to the platform while expanding your knowledge of new Laravel features and coding skills. Collaboration with other developers in code reviews will enable learning from mistakes and improvement of coding ethics and workflows within the team. You will also be tasked with fixing bottlenecks and performance issues in existing code, focusing on code optimizations and best practices to ensure a scalable and manageable codebase for large projects. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively in English. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science completed between January 2023 and December 2023 is required. A minimum of 6 months of experience in developing at least one Laravel project is essential, with the last project worked on being Laravel-based. Basic understanding of REST API, Eloquent, and other Laravel features, as well as knowledge of design patterns and at least one Database system like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar, is necessary. Problem-solving skills are crucial, as you will be expected to utilize all available resources to find solutions to various challenges.
