We expect you to have a solid understanding of Node.js, REST API development, and clean code practices, hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, knowledge of authentication mechanisms and role-based access control, proficiency in Git for version control, deployment experience on cloud platforms, strong communication skills for timely updates, ability to manage workload effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and research.
