Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems , including databases, APIs, and server-side logic. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and standards. Collaborate effectively with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. Implement robust security and data protection measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Test and debug applications to ensure they are functioning correctly, and swiftly fix any issues that arise. Monitor performance and optimize backend systems to ensure they run efficiently and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with backend development technologies such as SQL, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java . Solid knowledge of database design , web application architecture, and RESTful API development . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
