Backup & Restore Management Backup Software Configuration for all identified Servers, which would need backup. (Customer to share information during transition) Backup, Restoration Drill and Restoration for all Identified Server where backup software is configured. Periodic backup execution of In-scope DC servers and storage systems as per backup policy. Maintaining log sheets for backups. Restoration of data, as required, following backup policy guidelines. Labelling and tracking of media. Store backup media for scheduled backups as per Customer policy. Maintain log of media for yearly backup. Document the whole backup schedule and updating of backup process as per requirements. Provide reports including a root cause analysis where failover systems are invoked. Documenting the whole backup and restoration schedules and updating backup and restoration process as per requirements. Collection and return of media at the end of its useful life to Customer for disposal.
