? Do Support process by managing transactions as per required quality standards Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue Update own availability in the RAVE system to ensure productivity of the process Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries Resolve client queries as per the SLA’s defined in the contract Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources and frequently asked questions to aid in and provide effective problem resolution to clients Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting Document and analyze call logs to spot most occurring trends to prevent future problems Maintain and update self-help documents for customers to speed up resolution time Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to Team leader in cases of untimely resolution Ensure all product information and disclosures are given to clients before and after the call/email requests Avoids legal challenges by complying with service agreements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with design mindset Good to have understanding of capital market fundamentals equities, bonds, derivatives Good to have working knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv Has experience working in a data driven role, preferably within Data Operation team Hands-on expertise in excel to deal with complex data Preferred know how of Python data analysis and SQL queries Great team management, interpersonalskills Hands-on with high degree of ownership High learning curve to quickly gain control of new situations, technologies and challenges Understand the clients business and functional domain to help deliver to their expectations Requirement Gathering, Project Design and Framework Development Project Tracking, Management and Process Streamlining for the team by acting assingle point of contact to the client and owning module delivery Milestones and Deliverables definition and Project Documentation Data Cleansing and Validation Weekly Release Management, Planning and Execution of team tasks Conduct and Drive Internal/ Client cadence meetings, Stand-ups and Retrospective Efficient Dashboard maintenance and monitoring for user stories, tasks and issues Analysis of incidents, metric for monitoring and issue resolution Ensure completion of deliverables by team and client sign-off

Responsibilities: 1.Minimum of 7 -10 years of Hands-on Azure Administration and Governance. 2.Well versed with Hybrid Cloud workloads management with good understanding of Azure Networking(setting up VNETS, NSG's, NAT, Route tables), AKS orchestration, App services, Logic Apps, Storage accounts, Key Vaults .Hands on experience in well-defined Deployment to different Azure services using Azure Pipelines. 3.Possess knowledge of IaC using Bicep or TF . 4.Hands on experience in Different Cloud based monitoring and Observability tool and instrumentation(Preferably Azure like LAW, Azure monitor ). 5.Possess hands on expertise in any one of scripting languages : Shell/PowerShell/Python. 6. Hands on experience in Automation of different manual tasks while operating on Azure. 7.Good Understanding of Cost Management and optimization on the cloud . 8.Good Understanding of different Security specific resources ,their Configurations and their Set up on Azure based of best practices (Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure sentinel, Security Center etc). 9.Must Possess at least one Azure certification (Preferred): AZ400/AZ104/AZ700 Good to Have : 1.Knowledge on Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure HD Insights. 2.Knowledge on Big Data fundamentals . 3.Well curated troubleshooting and problem-solving approach.
