Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, emails, and messages from customers and prospects.
  • Maintain and update client and sales data in Excel or CRM systems.
  • Assist sales team with follow-ups, quotations, and coordination.
  • Support in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.
  • Perform general administrative and back-office tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, or equivalent).
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
