Job Description

Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Back Office Support Associate for our Faireplace process in Jaipur. Ideal candidates will be responsible for providing non-voice backend support to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage backend operations efficiently.
Process data and documentation with accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate or any graduate.
Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience (voice preferred).
Basic typing and computer skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹27,000 CTC
Cab Facility:
Females: Cabs during odd hours
Males: ₹180 per day as cab allowance

Typing Test

Work Schedule:

5.5 days working
Rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
