Job Description

  • Maintain and update customer and client records in internal databases (Excel)
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and process quotations, and purchase orders, Delivery Challan(DC), Inward and Outward of Material, Tickets Raise, Call Recording of Clients, Customer Feedback, Google Review.
  • Handle emails, internal communication, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Handle basic queries from clients or vendors over phone/email.
  • Team Handling, Maintaining Files.
  • Repair Estimates Approval in 48 Hrs. From Client will Attract 2% Incentives.
  • Monitoring Each & Every Team Member Task to Report with Most Prompt Feedback To MD. 3 times in A Day (11.30 a.m., 2.30 p.m. and 4.00 p.m.).
  • Daily Feedback Recording of earlier day service calls clients & sending on Action group.
  • Activity Planning For Service Team for Next Day / Week Activities & getting approved
  • Daily Follow-Up with AMC Clients to Earn 5% Extra Incentives ( Apart From Routine Salary ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
