Ltd. is a fast-growing Wealth Management firm managing ₹170+ Cr assets for 500+ families across India and abroad (Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, Ireland, Luxembourg, USA, London). Role: Senior Back Office Team Member We are looking for an experienced back-office professional (2–5 years) to manage account opening, KYC, RTA coordination, and AMC interactions. Responsibilities: Handle account opening & documentation process Manage KYC and compliance requirements RTA-related activities (CAMS, KFintech, etc.) Coordinate with NJ Wealth, AMCs, and MF platforms for client servicing Ensure smooth transaction processing & record maintenance Support advisors & RMs with back-office operations Requirements: ✔️ 2–5 years’ experience in Mutual Fund Distributor back-office operations ✔️ Strong knowledge of account opening, KYC & RTA systems ✔️ Hands-on experience with NJ Wealth, MFU, BSE Star MF, NSE NMF II (NSE Invest) platforms (preferred) ✔️ Familiarity with AMC processes & compliance standards ✔️ Based in/around Kandivali preferred Growth: Opportunity to become a core team member in a growing Wealth Management firm.
