With over ₹1200 Cr in disbursals and a decade of operational excellence, we deal in Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and Working Capital.

�� Position: Back Office Executive (Loan Processing & Operations)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

· Handle complete documentation for home loan/LAP/business loan applications

· Coordinate with banks (ICICI, HDFC, Axis, Kotak, etc.) for file login, processing, and disbursement

· Prepare customer files, check CIBIL, and upload data to portals

· Track file movement and update clients

· Maintain MIS, follow-up records, and daily reporting

· Ensure timely communication with RM/team/customers

�� What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

· 1-3 years of experience in loan DSA back-office operations

· Good knowledge of loan products (Home Loan/LAP/OD/BL)

· Basic understanding of credit policy, CIBIL, and document checks

· Strong Excel and email communication skills

· Attention to detail & ownership mindset

Preferred:

· Past experience in mortgage operations, DSA channel, or NBFC back office

· Knowledge of portals like I Lence, HDFC LivFin, Axis NetSec, etc.

�� Work Timings:

· Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

�� Work from Office Only
