Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, handling records, assisting in social media management, and supporting overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct regular client follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Assist in managing company social media accounts.
Perform accurate and efficient computer typing & documentation work.
Create, maintain, and update reports as required.
Manage and organize records in Excel sheets and other digital tools.
Collaborate with and support team members in their daily tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and team player.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).
1–2 years of experience in back office or client servicing preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply.
