We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle documentation work and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and manage student certificates and related documents
  • Handle OC (Old Collection) follow-ups and record maintenance
  • Coordinate with students regarding pending documents and collections
  • Manage office administration and management-related tasks
  • Maintain files, data entry, and internal reports
  • Support front office, accounts, and management teams as required
  • Ensure data confidentiality and proper document filing

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Any Graduate

Experience:

  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
