We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive with strong working knowledge of GATI software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling backend operations, data management, shipment tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage daily activities using GATI software (booking, tracking, billing, and reporting).
Maintain accurate records of consignments, invoices, delivery status, and client details.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve shipment-related issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Handle documentation related to logistics, transport, and billing.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updating of records in the system.
Respond to internal queries regarding shipment status and system data.
Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining proper documentation.
Perform general back-office administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GATI software is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
