About Us:
Subham Safety Solutions is a trusted name in Industrial Safety Products, Fire Safety Equipment, Hardware Products, and Health & Medical Supplies. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Female Back Office Executive to join our Visakhapatnam team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle payment follow-ups and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with customers over phone and email regarding payments and orders.
Manage entries and accounts in Tally.
Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word & Excel.
Assist in day-to-day office operations and support the sales and accounts team.
Perform internet research and browsing as required for office tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in back-office or accounts work.
Proficient in Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel), and Internet operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
