Job Description

Vacancy: Back Office Executive - Weighbridge Operator

Location:

Salary :

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the weighbridge system for inbound & outbound vehicles.
Record and maintain accurate weight data in the system/software.
Ensure proper documentation of loading/unloading activities.
Coordinate with drivers, loaders, and supervisors for smooth operations.
Maintain daily reports and share with management.
Handle basic back-office tasks related to logistics & records.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer (MS Excel, MS Office).
Prior experience as a weighbridge operator or in logistics/back office will be an advantage.
Good communication & record-keeping skills.
