Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational processes. The ideal candidate will handle daily back-end tasks efficiently to ensure smooth business operations and seamless internal communication. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily administrative tasks including email management, calendar scheduling, and document preparation. Handle data entry with accuracy, maintain updated records, and ensure secure data management. Process customer orders, send order confirmations, and conduct follow-ups as needed. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of back-office operations. Support the front office team with documentation and information retrieval. Maintain digital and physical filing systems in an organized manner. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required by management. Assist in inventory tracking and procurement coordination. Uphold confidentiality and security of all organizational data. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in a back office or administrative support role preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently. Good verbal and written communication skills.
