Job Description

Sales Accounting:

Record and reconcile sales transactions accurately and promptly.
Verify sales orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare periodic sales reports and analysis as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Purchase Accounting:
Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner.
Verify and reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to vendors.
Maintain vendor accounts and records up to date.
Sales & Purchases Returns :
Manage the accounting for product returns.
Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to validate returns.
Ensure accurate recording of returns and adjustments in the accounting system.
General Accounting Support:
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to sales, purchases, and returns.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and inquiries.
Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Experience:

Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)
total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

English,Hindi and Kannada (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Tally (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
