Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: Fresher / Experience Can Apply Qualification: Min Bachelor’s degree Timing: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Day) 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Day) 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM (Night) Skills and Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Fluent English Speaking is Mandatory. Good Communication Skills. High-level written and verbal communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures. To update and prepare summary incident reports on critical/complex/Major incidents suitable for internal and external management review. Working response through phone-calls or e-mails. To perform the quality checks of clarify incidents ensuring the updates are done as per the customer and service excellence expectations, ensuring templates are followed. Maintain / Update Weekly report. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications.
