Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation accurately
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for order processing and dispatch tracking
• Assist in invoicing, billing, and maintaining financial logs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
• Handle email correspondence, filing, and basic customer coordination
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business data

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in back office or admin roles
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
