Customer query resolution.

• Should have a desire to know and understand financial terminology.
• Primary motivation customer service through querry resolution.
• Relationship & Account management.
• To develop relationships with Key persons in the groups, acquire new customers & build client confidence

Maintains a culture of integrity at the workplace by making decisions that abide by the highest moral ethics
Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.

• Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers.
• Provide inputs to improve work procedures that can enhance overall team performance.

You'll be involved in end-to-end oversight and execution of operational workflows across supported regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with service-level agreements.

• Managing repossession.
