Job Description

Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, invoicing, billing, e-way billing, and post-sales order processing.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily invoicing and billing tasks using Tally Prime.
Generate and manage e-way bills and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
Handle after-sales purchase orders, including processing, tracking, and documentation.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and service departments for smooth workflow.
Assist with inventory management and material handling documentation.
Provide operational support to the back office team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience working in a similar back office role.
Experience in Tally Prime is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing, and e-way billing processes.
Understanding of GST and other relevant compliance requirements.
Good verbal and written skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory-material management is a plus.
