Job Title: Back Office Executive Night Shift Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Week Off) Shift: Night Shift Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and data management tasks that support front-end operations and ensure smooth business functioning. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and manage records accurately Handle documentation and maintain organized filing systems Process, verify, and maintain information in company databases Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth backend operations Prepare reports and assist in regular operational tasks Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times Requirements: Education: Graduation in any stream (Mandatory) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work independently during night shifts Candidates must be comfortable working in a night shift environment Immediate joiners preferred Benefits: Fixed weekend off (Saturday & Sunday) Opportunity to grow within the organization Supportive team environment Contact On: Ruben Pawar 7030396637 ruben.pawar@aminfoweb.co.in
