Job Description

BACK-OFFICE EXECUTIVE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing Quotation, Proforma Invoice and Purchase order.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
  • Record Keeping – Data Entry and MIS Reports.
  • Assisting and Coordinating with Accounts team.
  • Assisting and supporting management.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Well versed knowledge of Excel (proficient in Excel)
  • Desired Skills – Computer, Excel, English- Communication (written and oral), Coordination, Email
  • OPENING IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENT – Purchase, Back office, Data Entry, Operation, Coordination Etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
