Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling or Digital Marketing
Skills Required:
Fluent in Hindi communication
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email)
Good communication and coordination skills

Requirements:

Must have a personal Laptop and Smartphone
Ability to work independently and meet targets

We are looking for a motivated and organized Back Office cum Telecaller to support our operations and communication activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling tasks, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day back office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to clients/customers
Maintain and update daily calling data and reports
Follow up with leads and provide required information
Handle basic back office documentation and data entry
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Support digital marketing activities (if required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
