Back office Sale Coordinator Job Description :This role involves administrative tasks, data management, and coordinating communication between sales, customers, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:** Sales Support: Prepare reports, proposals, and prepare order Quotation; manage sales documents and CRM data; process orders and handle inquiries.
* Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) and customers for smooth order fulfillment.
* Customer Service: Act as a primary contact for customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction and building strong relationships.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM, track sales performance, and assist in data analysis.
*1-4 years of experience in a Back office coordinator sales support or administrative role.
* Proficiency in( MS Office ,MS-Excel, MS- Word, Computer operating )
*known to speak basic English , Kannada, Hindi
