Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Clerk to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases
  • Handle documentation, data entry and basic reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
  • Assist in preparing invoices, emails, and office communications
  • Support day-to-day office activities and follow-up tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
  • Fluent in understanding English & Hindi
  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
