Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Back Office Calling position. The Back Office Caller will primarily handle customer support, perform outbound and inbound calls, manage customer queries, and record call details. The role involves coordinating with other departments, updating databases, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of customer service functions.

• Ability to manage and update databases and recording systems
• Excellent Organizational and Administrative Skills
• Proactive and capable of working independent
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
