Responsibilities:

The Back Office Associate will work closely with the firms senior management on a variety of operational tasks, including:

• Downloading holdings files and performing daily stock reconciliations
  
• Supporting the day-to-day business operations of the company
  
• Monitoring live trading strategies
  
• Supervising repairs and upgrades of hardware and connectivity infrastructure
  
• Completing other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by senior management
  
• Availability on weekends as required
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years in an operational, back office, or administrative role

• Skills:

• Basic proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  and

  Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  

• Preferred:

  Prior experience in financial markets, brokerages, or related domains (preferred but not mandatory)

• Certifications: NISM Certification in Commodity Derivative is mandatory
