Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible Back Office Executive who can handle day-to-day operations, manage data, support customer communication, and ensure smooth coordination between different teams. This role is perfect for someone who is well-organized, good with computers, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Order & Booking Management

  • Handling online orders and decoration bookings on Giftlaya.
  • Coordinating with operations team, decorators, and vendors for timely fulfillment.
  • Updating order status on the system and ensuring smooth workflow.

2. Customer Support (Non-Voice + Basic Calls)

  • Responding to customer queries on WhatsApp, Email, and CRM.
  • Providing booking details, resolving basic issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Calling customers only when necessary (not a telecalling role).

3. Daily Operations & Documentation

  • Preparing and maintaining Excel sheets, order logs, and internal reports.
  • Managing invoices, billing entries, vendor payments, and documentation.
  • Keeping records accurate and updated at all times.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinating bookings with city-wise partners and decorators.
  • Assigning tasks, sending orders, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Following up with teams for updates and reporting to management.

5. Admin & Support Work

  • Assisting in day-to-day admin tasks.
  • Managing online files, images, rates, product listings, and basic website entries (training will be provided).
  • Supporting the management team in operational work whenever needed.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + English).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Good understanding of online platforms and customer handling.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good skills can apply).
  • Experience in e-commerce, gifting, or service-based companies is a plus.
