Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support our daily operations in an interior design firm. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of interior firm processes, data management, supervision coordination, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize office documentation, client records, and project files Assist in coordinating site supervision schedules and follow up with vendors, contractors, and supervisors Maintain and update project tracking sheets, inventory logs, and task lists Communicate with the design and site teams to ensure workflow efficiency Support procurement by coordinating orders and managing stock data Handle routine office correspondence, emails, and phone calls Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times Requirements: Prior experience in an interior design firm or knowledge of the interior design industry Strong understanding of supervision and on-site coordination Proficient in data management and maintaining organized records Solid computer knowledge – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email handling, and basic design file handling Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
