  • **Back Office Admin **
  • *Company Profile: Ayurvedic Healing & Meditation Center*
  • *Time: 10:00 am- 7:00 Pm*
  • *Salary: 15000 - 20000 Pm*
  • *Location: Vesu, Surat*
  • *6 days working with Rotational off*

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • - Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and documentation management.
  • - Provide tele calling support by reaching out to clients, answering inquiries, and promoting center services.
  • - Coordinate and facilitate interactions between patients, counselors, and doctors during appointments or sessions.
  • - Be available during weekends with Week-off in weekdays to manage patient inquiries and assist in counseling sessions as needed.
  • - Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and visitors.
  • - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications: **

  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • - Previous experience in administrative roles or tele calling is preferred.
  • - Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Office tools.
  • - Empathy and patience while interacting with patients in a wellness setting.
  • - Interest or knowledge in Ayurvedic healing and meditation is a plus.
  • - Flexibility to manage weekend responsibilities and multitasking efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
