Principal Accountabilities

•

• To complete processing within SLA agreed deadlines

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze different type of invoices.

• Verify invoice data and process them as per GAAP

• Do team work

• Do follow shifts timings, to cover document flow in decided deadline • Improve speed of performance

• Achieve 100% quality or six sigmas 99.67% Responsibilities towards Information Security

• Participate in effective implementation of ISMS.

• Contribute to the risk assessment conducted for the relevant function or process or department.

• Make themselves aware about ISMS and attend awareness training.

• Make themselves aware of the roles and responsibilities conferred upon them as part of information security adherence.

Organisation.

• Report risks and weaknesses to Directors or MR - Information Security or ISMS team.

• Report information security events and incidents to respective authority.

• Contribute towards achievement of information security objectives and goals.

• Participate in timely closure of corrections and corrective actions for all non-conformities arising out of audits.

What will you work with MS Word, MS Excel, Web based software, Desktop interface of OCR software

Minimum Qualification

• B.Com /M.com /BBA / MBA Finance
