Job Description

As a Back Office Operations Executive in the solar power industry, your role will involve managing and organizing company documentation, client records, and project files. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining reports, invoices, and purchase orders, as well as assisting in the coordination of installation schedules and logistics. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling internal data entry, maintaining CRM/database systems, and providing administrative support to the operations and field teams. Additionally, you will respond to internal queries via email, phone, or other communication tools, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and communication with vendors and customers. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory records and tracking office supplies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organize company documentation, client records, and project files - Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and purchase orders - Assist in the coordination of installation schedules and logistics - Handle internal data entry and maintain CRM/database systems - Support the operations and field teams with administrative tasks - Respond to internal queries via email, phone, or other communication tools - Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and communication with vendors and customers - Maintain inventory records and track office supplies Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experience in a back office, administrative, or operations role mandatory - Basic computer literacy and ability to work with spreadsheets and data - Good written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, a background in the solar or renewable energy industry is considered a plus. Please note that the company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. Furthermore, there will be a one-week training at the Varanasi Head Office, and the company will provide accommodation during this period. The job requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is preferred, and the willingness to travel up to 25% is also desirable.
