Back End Developer

Backend Developer (Node.js + MongoDB)

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend services & REST APIs.
• Build complex MongoDB schemas, aggregation pipelines, and indexes.
• Optimize application performance, query efficiency, and API response time.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
• Implement security standards (JWT, OAuth, RBAC, encryption, rate limiting).
• Work with caching (Redis) and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) when required.
• Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams to integrate backend services.
• Debug production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in architecture discussions and system design improvements.
• Handle deployments, environment management, and CI/CD integration.
• Integrate third-party APIs (payment, SMS, email, ERP/logistics APIs).
• Perform code reviews and ensure high code quality.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in

  Node.js

  (Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks).
• Advanced skills in

  MongoDB

  & Mongoose (schemas, indexes, aggregations).
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming & event-driven architecture.
• Experience with

  REST API design

  , validations, versioning & best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching & session management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployments.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture (preferred).
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

• TypeScript
