Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs using Java, Python and Spring Boot.
• Write and optimize SQL queries using

  JDBC Template

   with Azure SQL or similar RDBMS.
• Develop and maintain

  unit tests

  ; experience with

  TDD

   is an advantage.
• Work with message bus systems such as

  Kafka

   or

  Azure Service Bus

  .
• Apply

  Clean Code principles

   and ensure maintainable codebases.
• Tackle ADO tickets independently with smart, thoughtful solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills:

• Good Java development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Spring Boot, Spring Data

  , and RESTful API design.
• Expertise in relational databases (

  Azure SQL

   preferred).
• Proficiency in

  JDBC Template

   for data access.
• Experience with

  unit testing frameworks

   and

  test-driven development

  .
• Hands-on with

  Kafka

   or

  Azure Service Bus

   for asynchronous processing.
• Solid knowledge of

  Clean Code

   principles and software design patterns.
• Good understanding of

  Git

  ,

  Linux/Unix

   environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude able to work independently with minimal supervision.
