We are looking for an experienced and motivated Node.js Back-End Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for developing robust server-side logic, managing databases, and integrating APIs to power our applications and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js
Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs
Integrate with front-end components and third-party services
Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Ensure code quality, security, and performance
Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Write clear documentation for internal and external use

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or any NoSQL/SQL database
Familiarity with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and OAuth
Understanding of MVC architecture and asynchronous programming
Experience with Git and version control
Knowledge of deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) is a plus
Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) is an advantage
Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Experience with GraphQL is a bonus
Exposure to Agile development methodologies
