Back End Developer

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services using Java Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams for feature integration and smooth

releases.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper testing and documentation.
• Support and troubleshoot production issues to ensure application reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development best practices.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (or both).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).

• Basic familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
