Back End Developer

As a Backend Developer at our company in Calicut, you will play a crucial role in building robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and APIs. Your collaboration with frontend, mobile, and design teams will be essential in delivering high-performance web and mobile applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend systems. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - Design and manage databases ensuring high performance and data integrity. - Collaborate with frontend developers to define and deliver cohesive user experiences. - Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. - Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Maintain proper documentation of backend processes, schemas, and APIs. - Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and frameworks. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development. - Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js. - Experience working with databases like MongoDB, MySQL. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration. - Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Experience with JWT authentication, encryption, and data validation. - Good understanding of server management and deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar). - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture is a plus. - Experience with GraphQL, Socket.io, or real-time systems is a plus. - Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, Next.js) is an added advantage.
