Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Back End Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, and handling general customer service tasks. Daily activities include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and helpful support.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in a customer support role or similar position is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
