We are looking for calm, gentle caregivers to support new mothers and newborn babies at home. Work includes baby hygiene (diapering, bathing), safe handling, simple mother support, basic laundry for mother & baby, and maintaining clean surroundings. (No medical procedures) Training will be provided on hygiene standards, baby handling and communication. Requirements: Prior experience with newborns or postpartum care in maternity wards, NICU/gyne floors, pediatric clinics, or as Japa maids, newborn caretakers, or nannies Respectful, patience, cleanliness Ability to follow instructions and maintain boundaries Comfortable supporting postpartum mothers with mobility, hydration, and routine Experience with baby massage is a plus Reliability & punctuality- zero tolerance for disappearing mid-placement Willingness to learn standard caregiving protocols and follow SOP
