Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Baby Care role based in Faridabad. The selected candidate will provide dedicated and nurturing care for infants and toddlers, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for their growth and development. Responsibilities include feeding, hygiene assistance, engaging in interactive play, and closely monitoring children's physical and emotional well-being. The role also involves clear communication with parents regarding the child's progress and needs. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with parents and ensure the well-being of infants and toddlers. Knowledge of basic childcare practices, including feeding, hygiene, and safety, with an understanding of critical care as applicable. Customer service abilities to address parents' concerns and provide a high level of satisfaction. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in childcare, CPR or first aid certification, and a background in healthcare or child development.
