About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused B2C Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for communication, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Direct interaction with consumers to promote and sell our services/products
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support
Meet daily/weekly sales and engagement targets
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM tools
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
Strong customer service mindset
Team player with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in customer service/sales (B2C environment preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
