As a B2B Travel Consultant specialized in Vietnam, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling B2B travel agent queries related to Vietnam for both FIT and Groups. - Creating customized itineraries and providing cost-effective quotations. - Coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and local partners in Vietnam. - Ensuring the smooth execution of confirmed bookings and offering support to travel agents. - Keeping abreast of the latest information on Vietnam destinations, hotels, activities, and visa requirements. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with travel agents and suppliers. - Meeting monthly sales and conversion targets.
